Admission Application for all students

Enrollment Requirements
To complete the application process, please submit the following documents:

Copy of the applicant’s most recent achievement test scores (if applicable)
Report cards from the most recently attended school
Record Release Form (required for applicants entering Grade 1 and above)
Copy of any divorce/custody documentation (if applicable)
Immunization record or exemption form
Financial documentation for the prior tax year

Fees and Tuition
Materials Fee
A non-refundable annual materials fee of $400 is due one week before the start of school.

Tuition Schedule
Tuition is divided into ten equal monthly payments, from September through June. No tuition is collected for August. Although the school year begins in late August, it ends in mid-June to ensure a full ten-month billing cycle.

Monthly Tuition
PK – Kindergarten: $350/month
1st – 5th Grade: $350/month
6th – 8th Grade: $350/month
9th – 12th Grade: $350/month
 
Payment Policies

Tuition is due during the first week of each month. Starting on Sep/1 and endins on June/30.
A $40 late fee will be applied to any payment not received by the 7th of the month.
Payments may be mailed or dropped off at the school office front desk.
Multi-Child Discount
Due to Al Hadi School offering one of the most affordable tuition rates, we are no longer able to provide multi-child discounts.


Important Notes
All fees are non-refundable. The school commits to annual contracts with teachers and staff, regardless of any changes in enrollment.
The financial agreement between the school and enrolled families represents a year-long commitment, even in the event of student withdrawal mid-year.
